CASA for Kids, Inc., serving abused and neglected children in Sullivan and Hawkins Counties, cordially invites you to attend the CASA Red Shoe Gala, CASA's biggest fundraising special event of the year. As Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz stated, "There's no place like home." CASA for Kids is currently able to serve 51% of the neglected children coming to the attention of its juvenile courts, yet every neglected/abused child needs to have their very own trained Court Appointed Special Advocate. CASA helps bring neglected children the enhanced hope of a safe permanent home where they can thrive and grow up to become productive adults. Lieutenant Governor Ron Ramsey will auction off a few live auction items right after dinner. Guests can then dance to The Extraordinaires entertainment band, enter or just watch the Red Shoe Contest presided over by our juvenile court judges and even buy a Valentine gift chosen from over 200 donated silent auction items. As needed funds are raised for CASA to help more children, guests will indeed enjoy a most memorable night.
